7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with CopyFlow AI within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, contact us at support@copyflow.ai for a full refund. This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next period and will retain access until your current period ends.

No Partial Refunds

After the 7-day guarantee window, we do not provide partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period. We encourage you to cancel before your next renewal if you no longer wish to use the service.

Yearly Plans

Yearly subscribers may request a prorated refund within 30 days of their annual renewal if they have used fewer than 10% of their monthly generation allotment. Contact us to request an exception.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@copyflow.ai with your account email and reason for the refund. We typically process refunds within 5–10 business days.
