2. Use of Service

You may use CopyFlow AI for any lawful purpose. You agree not to use the service to generate content that is harmful, deceptive, discriminatory, or in violation of any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel at any time; your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide as input. You own full commercial rights to all copy generated using your account. CopyFlow AI retains ownership of the service, its underlying technology, and all associated intellectual property.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

CopyFlow AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the generated copy will achieve specific marketing results. AI-generated content should be reviewed before use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CopyFlow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
